ADMECO LUX LED SL: Controls on the light arm

For even more comfort and safety

Switching the ADMECO LUX LED SL on or off at the light arm, adjusting illumination intensity an colour temperature continuously, switching to endoscopy mode:  with the new ADMECO controls on the light arm, all of these important functions can be set directly at the light arm and thus patient safety improved even further.

To allow the surgeon to change important functions of a surgical light easily during an operations, the control element has to be easily and quickly accessible. With the new control element at the light arm, ADMECO fulfils this desire for even greater comfort and safety. Illumination intensity, continuous colour temperature and dimming thanks to the integrated endoscopy mode can be set directly by the surgeon during the operation. Illuminated displays to show illumination intensity and chosen colour temperature help with the accurate setting of the desired illumination intensity and colour and perfect adjustment of the lighting to a specific procedure.

ADMECO LUX LED SL surgical lights traditionally consist of number of air-stream efficient individual projectors (e.g. 5 projectors for ADMECO LUX LED SL 3/5). If the settings have been changed on the light arm during an operation, the settings for all individual projectors are updated synchronously to the same value. This creates an even light distribution, and the whole operating field is illuminated during an operation with bright and homogeneous light in both area and depth.

The advantages at a glance

  • Continuous adjustment of the illumination intensity
  • Continuous adjustment of the colour temperature from 3500 to 4800 K
  • Integrated endoscopy mode
  • Clear and simple structure of the control unit
  • Easy and accurate access to all functions
  • Hygiene-friendly and disinfectant-resistant easy-clean surface
